Worst mechanic ever

The people at Smithrand Centre has a mechanical shop on their premises called "Beemerboyz". The shop is being run by Mo Abass. I took my car (BMW 320i) in for a complete engine overhaul. I was then later told that the car needed an oil pump and crankshaft. I sent the money for the parts and had hoped the vehicle would not be too far from being done.

It took (3) three months for him to finish the vehicle ,but just before I could take ownership of it,he said he "heard" something in the automatic gearbox. He thought it was the torque converter. Yet more money going over to him.

A week into driving the vehicle,the same error message popped up. I was told that its a sensor. The vehicle kept giving me the same error code and as I could not trust Mr Abass with it anymore,I took it to a more reputable shop. (I was told that Beemerboyz was RMI approved,yet another lie).

The new mechanic came to the conclusion that NONE of what was quoted by Mr Abass was done. He only refreshed the vehicle and put in an old oil pump ,also not polishing or cutting the crankshaft.

As it is fully his responsibility that the vehicle's engine had to be redone and that the car makes a rather big noise on startup ,I feel it is only fair that Mr Abass pay me back my money and pay for a full assessment of the noise.

I am not the only complainant and I feel like Shell is sullying their good name by having this individual on their premises. I have tried to get a hold of the owners of the garage ,only to be told that they don't want to talk to anyone. They would much rather be bought over by getting free sushi from Mr Abass.
