Worst Horrible Service by Qamani at Shell Garage in Protea Glen

Today I received the worst possible service from a guy called Qamani who claims to be a supervisor at Shell Garage in Protea Glen. He claimed that my petrol card was a loyalty card and that he wasn't going to be able to process the payment as the card is supposedly not allowed

Please train your staff on how to deal with customers. If you have rules and regulations then it's better to disclose such information . He actually disrespected me by saying my card is invalid and there were funds and it bounce back and he would have to pay for it.

To top it off he blandantly and rudely refused to print out a slip for me claiming that he can't print a slip inside

His manner of approach is pathetic. I always pour at this particular garage mentioned and I have never ever received such a gruesome service.

Qamani must fall.
