Worst experience ever from Fomiss Ormonde

We went to fill Diesel at the Shell Fomiss Garage in Ormonde. After telling the attendant to fill Diesel he filled the tank with Petrol, I noticed this after 15L were already filled.

We were then advised by the supervisor that we need to fill the balance of the tank with Diesel (52L)

We then decided to call our own Mechanic. He advised us that we should not move the car(BMW 530).

We then requested to speak to the owner. The supervisor called the owner, advised him of the situation. This process lasted for 2 hours back and forth between the supervisor and owner. We are then eventually told that the owner is switching his phone off and that he will not take our call.

We left the car at the station. We receive a call the next day and we were told that a Mechanic will drain the fuel.

Monday we pick up the car, and drove the car home. The entire route home the car was reaking and dripping the fuel,all over this is after being told that the car is fine.

We take the car back to the garage. We then noticed that a petrol attendent is working on the car and that he is the same person that initially drained the fuel. He admits to us that he isn't a registered mechanic.

We are furious at this time because firstly they refusing to take responsibility, no apology and they are not willing to compromise.

They have been going back and forth for almost 4 weeks. After 3 weeks Shell SA have come into contact with us, with a total of 5 calls from us to them.

They advised us that we need to fix the car. The big question is "AT WHOSE Expense? "
