Worst Experience

I am so disappointed and feel very much disrespected by the service at Shell Garage Marlboro Sandton. I waited for over 30min waiting to be assisted while the petrol attendants were going up and down and not giving service to over 5 cars that was waiting to be helped. I went inside and approached one of the chasiers which insulted my partner and I while we asked them why their service is low and where are the people who can assist us. He claimed his name was Luko he was with a colleague Ahmed who looked very confused. I’ve never received such bad service at a gas station before and this experience is one I’ll never forget, a gentleman that his shift started at 19h00 came to assist us after waiting for over 45min . I had a very important business meeting that I ended up missing cos of *********** employees at Shell Garage .
