Worst customer service ever

I am currently at Shell select garage in Dorp street Stellenbosch. Upon arrival there was 2 cars besides me .Two attendants was busy with one taxi .when finished one looked like he was going attend to us and turned around and walked away.Another car arrived he then came back the same attendant who walked away and then attended to her . When I asked why he was helping her first when we were sitting there for more then 15 minutes he just merely said sorry .I asked where's the manager and he just answered with a laughing grin no manager as he will only be there tomorrow. Attendants name I think was mayang when I asked . This is just poor service .if it's not for KFC then I will never fill up at that has station ever again.
