Worst Customer Service

I went to buy some refreshments@Shell Queenstown(Ultra City). The cashier was rude&unproffesional. She was not wearing the mask also, when I asked she said it was not necessary for me to ask. I asked for the manager and nobody bothered to assist. I called their number on a slip the lady who assisted promised to have the manager calling me back but up to date, I've not heard anything from them. That was the worst service I've ever experienced
