Vpower having process to use your points

Not happy with what all shell garages do to us they promote vpower cards next thing we earn points when we need to use points its now a process i went to riverside shell garage in brynston they asisted me n used my points with out any processes being taken today i went to shell garage at diepsloot woww the lady gave me bad atyitude n am not happy coz they told me i need my old number to use points were as other petrol stations do help me with out all these long processes to follow if this continues like this rather not promote your useless cards to us a customers its inconvenience
