Vplus misleading with shell

These guys at shell palmview service station are very unprofessional and not customer satisfactory I fill up every day here and every time I asked a vplus card I was told only can be given during working hours when I do get there during work hours I'm told they don't have cards why brag about rewards when it's not given clearly a misleading business act I suggest BP or engen much better service
