VERY unhappy customer.

I am insured by Discovery, who has an aggreement with Shell service stations all over South Afrrica. On Monday 30 January 2023, I filled up my car at W.P. Motors, the Shell service station in Villiersdorp in the Western Cape. When I gave my Discovery card to the pump attendant, he told me that they do not accept Discovery cards and proved it to me, by swiping my card through the card payment machine. The machine displayed "Card not accepted".

This ****** me of just under R 495.00, that I could have gotten back from Discover, for filling my car up at the Shell service station.

How am I going to convince Discovery of my purchase, to try and salvage the money I have lost?
