Very terrible service at Shell Ultra City Kroonstad

Very pathetic service at Shell Ultra City Kroonstad. First I had to wait for a very long time to get serviced to a point that I had to hoot but still no body was bothered. Then I get a petrol attended who was rude after spilling my fuel.
