VERY POOR SERVICE

What a bad poor service I received at Shell garage Ultra City In KZN I was traveling at night to Durban my petrol was low I was at the garage by 23h00 and they told me I have to wait till 00h00 because they are changing the shift I have to wait for the new shift to start at 00h00 not because they did not have petrol but because of the stupid shift that did not make any sense to me I have to wait while I had two kids sleeping and they had to be at school the next day. I do not recommend this garage to any one. With their useful manager Wiseman and petrol attended Ayanda who was not willing to assist us!!!
