Very disappointed

Hi. Was very disappointed by ENERST an attendant @Kroonstad Ultra City 26/07/20 around 0645. After a while waiting for service, Keys were thrown back to me just because I asked him why do I have to wait long and yet the garage is quite. He totally refused, that I had to go inside to look for another attendant to help me. Even if you are short staffed I would understand if you inform me but all I got was keys thrown.
