Very bad service

MODDERFONTEIN LAKESIDE FILLING STATION

We would like to bring awareness to the bad service experienced at this specific garage.

1) Got chicken wraps from they're Deli/Cafe. Opened it later for lunch to find fruit flies within the wrapping of the chicken wrap. This was really disgusting and I'll never recommend consumers to purchase from their Deli.

2) On Sunday, 24th of September 2023, my family and I, we went to the same garage to put petrol in the car. It took 20 minutes for a petrol attended to see us. Which was really pathetic. On top of that, whilst waiting in the car to been assisted, other people's windscreens were cleaned without having to ask. I had to ask the petrol attended if he is able to clean ours, which was done with such bad attitude.

3) Overall, staff members within this garage, they require customer service skills as they're helpful at all. This already made me inform two of colleagues within the area, not to go to this garage anymore due to our experience.
