Very bad service

Today 22 May 2021 I went to Shell Park Service Station, 11 Andries Pretorius Street Alberton North to get fuel. I waited for a very long time and went to find out from the petrol attendant why should all of wait for so long? They're staff short, only two people on duty and some of customers even left for other petrol stations. They must improve with service delivery, if they're serious about their business.
