V+ rewards ****

Shell sunninghill refuses to honor V+ rewards. I always go to the shell at Sunninghill village to fill up my car, specifically for the V+ rewards. I got a voucher for 1 free 350ml cappucino. I went into the shell service station, and they told me I must go to another Shell because they use Vida here so they will not use the voucher. Why is v+ rewards giving me a voucher I cannot use at the service station I always fill up at? Seems like a **** reward that I have to drive much further to use. I phoned the support regarding this - and they just kept telling me I must go somewhere else, they refused to exchange my voucher for one I could axtually use at my shell. Staff were rude and the assistant on the phone kept repeating herself and not assisting. If this is how Shell treats loyal customers then I will take my loyalty elsewhere.
