V+ rewards

I went to shell garage to fill gas, I have loaded all my reward cards on my phone in an app,I have used the card (V+ CARD)on the app before in a different shell.Yesterday i went to this one on M2 high way Johannesburg, for the attendant to tell me he does not know how to punch in the barcode manually and i should go inside to pay and they will assist me to get my rewards,Only to get in the shop for the manager to say he also does not know how too,therfore i must pay for my fuel and come back with my receipt another day so they can assist me in the office,I asked the manager "what makes you think i live around the area?so i must drive from wherever i live/from just to come back to this exact garage to get my rewards? "he said its late (past 7pm) and theres nothing he can do for me if i cannot come back on any other day to claim my rewards. I am angry for filling my tank to no rewards earned,i could have went to Engen or BP to get my rewards.
