V+ point allocation not received.

On holiday I went to Margate and on the way back I filled up with petrol at a fuel station in Pietermaritzburg (Woodburn garage) the value of the fuel R 471,50. Then went into the shop and bought goods. I used my v+ card both times and have not been notified of the points for purchases on my +V point system. I’m not happy with that.
