V+ loyalty card sysytem disfunctional

It was always a pleasure to fill up at Shell Rossouw street in Pretoria. However , that has changed and it is now looking worn down with the shade nets of and structure on the ground.

More alarming is that the V+ loyalty card system is not in operation for four months now and the attendants say that the owner is in financial trouble and use the loyalty funds for his own benefit. This a sad state of afairs.
