V+ is a ****

I was given a v+ card at shell that i usually fill up my car. First i had to register which requires airtime to activate my card, so i did it because i wanted their points. So it worked for a while and i would use it twice sometimes, and because we dont get free petrol, its paid for by money. I didnt think it was a problem. Until i see my card was blocked and it doesnt move from R30.30 so i asked at a shell filling station and i was advised to call the number on the back of the card. Which i did and then i was referred to the filling station, which also turned me back to call the number again. So i feel like I'm being played and they made a fool out of me. I feel like I've wasted my time calling and driving back and forth to the filling station as this clearly looks like a ****, the more i swiped they decided to block my card. So everyone be careful, you've been taken for a ride
