Quick background, So I am a new mom, I also have a 9 year old son. This morning we woke up and there was no bread and I thought if I don't go buy bread whilst my son is still here, I won't be able to go whilst his at school. We get the Shell Jean Avenue, Centurion. I ask my son to go in and get bread and coldrink, I obviously transfer just enough to the card. Next thing the transaction says R135.50 which is R100 more than bread and 1L of coldrink. Obviously the card declined, and they had to do it again. I am certain the cashier wanted to rob my son because his a child and wouldn't notice the extra R100. What kind of people do you employ? If I wasn't sitting with a newborn I would have gotten in and given him a piece of my mind.
