Unprofessional behaviour

Staff cleaning rest room at Middleburg Shell Ultra City need training on how to treat customers. When they clean rest rooms they put she bins on toilet seat. This kind of action is wrong as it inconveniece us customers wanting to use the rest room. Please management help us.
