Unpleasant pitstop

Shell just outside bloemfontein is terrible (c/okennith kaunda N1)Clearly there is a sign that says no 'body washing allowed" in the toilets, but still there was about 20 people washing , some washing even their private parts in front of everyone. There was 2 people from shell, just standing there not saying anything. I think there must be better control in place for this. Service at the coffee counter was also not up to standard. But I was happy with the service I got from the petrol attendant (Nehemia)
