Unhelpful Shell Garage century city

<p>I punctured my tire in Century City and unfortunately Tiger and tiger had just closed. They pointed me in the direction of century city shell garage as they would normally do temporary fixes. I was advised they are not allowed to help me as there manager advised they must no longer help. I explained my case and asked as this was just a very unlucky situation. They had all the tools to help but told me to shove it.</p>
