Unhappy with staff service

Myself and my husband have been using the services of Shell garage Century city for the last 6 years. recently we had moved to Engen in Bothasig mainly because the staff provides such bad service. They will ignore you if you need to pump up your wheels and tell us that we can do it ourselves. They run to the more modern cars and our old school antique do not appeal to them so we do not get the same service. There were days were we had to wait a while, that we have to switch the car off before they pay attention. One Petrol attendant called Hama is excellent, always happy and friendly and make sure every time we come to fill that everything on our car is checked and if we need anything besides fuel he will double check before we leave the station He deserves a big recognition from the Seniors. He got us in the mall and asked why he don't see us any more and we told him the truth. He felt very disappointed. We value any person that provides us a service and always approach all of them with respect.

Just felt that I had to share, perhaps the guys do not realize that people comes back for service, and the service is the staff..
