unhappy client

i went to shell at protea glen ext 11 early in morning to buy things for my child before her transport fetch her ,i was assisted by Snenhlanhla Mkhize yoooo she was very very very rude ,she didn't wanted me to buy ,she told me that she cant assist me because i'm wearing pajamas and its shell rules ,i tried to emplane to her that it wont happen again ,but unfortunately my 4yr child went to school without jouce,simba and biscuits .
