Unfair treatment at Shell ultracity

Yesterday afternoon i went to fill up my car tank at Shell ultra city west, i got a petrol attendant without a name tag who was just standing, then another car came after me and he attended it, i then told him that i was here 1st, and his response was "I did not see you", then he instructed Simanga to attend other cars before he could attend me of which he did, i asked Simanga for his name and he said he cannot tell me
