unattended complaint and bad service

Good Day,

I would like to complain about the service I am got from Shell garage.

They caused damage to my car and I laid a charge with Shell SA and still haven't been assisted.

May I please get assistant from Hello peter regarding this matter because I haven't been assisted and now I am sitting with a huge mess on my car.
