Ultra City Middelburg attendants ***** at diesel pumps

On our way back from Mapualanga to Pretoria, on 27/09/2020, we pulled into Middleburg Ultra city for diesel, through in R300.00, went to bathrooms, got back on highway, realised diesel gauge was not picking up and still on same place it was before we stopped at Shell Ultra City at 200kms left to go in the tank, hence the reason to put in diesel. The attendant made a remark in joke form that he only wanted to take our money, thats the reason for his friendlyness. Very ****ed off, we realised the machine at Ultra City was rigged to show it has thrown in R300.00 worth of diesel, although nothing went through nozzle, seeing that the cars diesel gauge was still showing 200 kms left to go. When we arrived in Pretoria, i through another R300.00 in at our preferred petrol station, the gauge immediately climbed past the halfway mark of dashboard gauge and showing me 503 kms to go, again confirming that the attendant committed ***** and theft from a citizen trusting Ultra City attendants. This is totally unacceptable as we are all struggling and this attendant just stole my families food money out of their mouths. Please respond soonest as i will report this to Shell South Africa if i do not get a response within a month from this report!
