Traumatizing experience

What an appalling experience I received at shell garage Midrand..oframp on New road. I got to the station to fill up petrol of R10 and when I initially came my gage was on 173, after filling it was still 173. I then asked the attendant by the name of Moshe how that's possible, he confidently advised it will go up once I leave the station. He aggressively said its none of his business. He was half drunk and treated me unfairly just because I'm female. To prove there must have been a faulty somewhere I changed to a different attendant and filled R10 and my gage went up. I sat for a while without a solution and had to speak to the boss by the name of Mowali over the phone.

He's response was I quote "I gladly give you permission to go to hello Peter and Shell and put your complain there" I am extremely shocked by the incompetence and lack of customer service experience.
