TRAUMATIZED AND VERBALLY INSULTED BY SHELL PETROL ATTENDED WHO ALMOST GOT ME INTO ACCIDEN

I went to fill my fuel at Shell Service Station Bo-Kaap at 16h32 on 23 Nov 2021 I asked the petrol attend to fill up for R100, instead he filled the fuel for R400. I asked him why he did that (in the process I gave him my card and punched in my pin) and he said he heard me saying R400. We argued I told him I was on a recorded call with a consultant from AVBOB ad my conversation with him is on record that I said R100. He continued to say I requested fill up for R400 and my payment slip was printing out so (I was holding the portable machine) I asked him to call his manager as I was not impressed with his attitude about the matter. While I was waiting, I realized that I was wasting my time with this as he was taking too long and the money is through and the fuel is in my tank so there isno point to argue about this N2 Traffic is building up, so took off my slip and I careful placed the card machine next to the petrol machine and left left. He got me on the Exit and asked me to park on the side. I told him NO I he must leave the matter, I no longer need to speak to the manager, and I showed him where I placed the card machine wich I though he was looking for. So I left as was driving slowly in the middle lane, continuing with a recorded aclla from the AVBOB consultant who also heard all this conversation. I was TRAUMATIZED BY A BLUE CAR COMING ON FAST AND STOP ON THE MOST RIGHT SIDE OF MY CAR, ALMOST BUMPING MY RIGHT FENDER. To my surprised it was the petrol attended that I just spoke to. Shouting at me accusing me of running without paying. Cars we hooting as I was in the middle lane and him on right and in a fast-moving traffic so the whole traffic in that area was blocked. IT WAS HORRIBLE TRAUMATISING EXPERINCE. I THOUGHT I WAS BEING HIJACKED. HE EVEN PULLED MY CAR KEY AND MY CAR STOPPED. Two young man came to my rescue, They also though I was being hijacked. He wanted to take my phone saying I must follow him to go pay at petrol station. I was so traumatized and could not drive. I asked these two white young men to guide and drive along with me. The guys was still shouting at me swearing and insulting me verbally like a dog using words like Futseeck. In that condition I managed to maneuver in those fast-moving cars and I went back to the station to explain myself. When I got there myself stated my case and those young men explained what they have witnessed also the petrol attendee continued to accuse me and denying the R100 request. all this explanation was to someone whom they said is the manager. This person “the manager” response was that " the boss is not here, he will be in tomorrow, sisi please come back tomorrow, in the meantime pay the fuel. I told the guy “manager” that, it is not that I do not have money in my card and would not pay for this petrol, and I was not even aware that the transaction declined, hence I have the petrol slip with me. In my mind I thought I have paid for the fuel, hence I said to the petrol attended he must never mind and not to bother by calling the manager, and I left. I had already settled for his mistake of putting fuel of R400 instead of R100. Di told the manager due to this treatment and harassment I received from this petrol attend I refused to pay and told them that the boss can call me, The petrol attended was busy taking my registration number and my Car License Dics Information. PLEASE HELP ME TO REPORT THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT, VERBALLY INSULTED AND ROAD RAGE SITUATION I HAD TO GO THROUGH BECAUSE OF THIS SHELL PETROL ATTENDED
