Thokoza park Shell filling station

This morning I visited the petrol station at Thokoza Park Soweto, where I was issued with the paying machine to pin in my pin. I asked that the card be tapped but they refused and I advised I won't hold the machine as it wasn't sanitized and was used by the previous drive after filling up. I was told to withdraw cash if I don't want to pin in and the ATM at the station is not the one I bank with. After refusing to do that my card was taken from me and I was told I should leave then. I reported the issue to the police and also called the complaint line for Shell and got assisted as the consultant called the owner of the garage. End result after speaking to the owner and him apologising for the convenience I got my card back and paid after they sanitized the speedpoint . I'm very disappointed on how our health is not taken to consideration during this pandemic.
