They sold me rotten rice

Hi, I'm so disappointed and ****ed at the shell garage in Constancia kloof. Last week Friday at night I bought rice with quarter leg. When I was about to eat the food I discovered that the rice was rotten/spoiled or spoilt I then left it and ate the meat because it was fine. B went to the garage in the morning the lady there gave me an attitude and said but you ate the meat 🙄. I requested a refund and I was told the manager was not there and will only come in at 9am. I couldn't wait until then and I requested for them to tell the manager what happened and I will come get my refund. Every time when I go there I'm told there's no manager or supervisor. I got one supervisor on Wednesday morning and he told me he doesn't have access or can't refund me because the kitchen is not his department but will tell the other supervisor and they will contact me, I left my number but nothing has happend up to this dag and time. So are you employing people to feed us poison and then run away from us? I'm do not happen with what I've experienced there, I don't want to lie. I didn't even receive a simple sorry, nothing 😞
