Theft by Shell South Africa

The service at Shell Garage Palmview S/S was pathetic in that on the on the 27/11/2020 & again in the 03/01/2021 I specifically requested the petrol attendants to refill me a R100 but instead these 2 decided to blatantly ignore me and refill a R100.01 and R100.05 respectively. When asked why when the bowsers now even have keypads for them to manually punch in the requested figure, I was told that the keypads don't work!? I took this to mean that Shell is purposely allowing the *****ing of money from the accounts of their customers, as this is theft, a fine thing for their staff to do. This is absolutely disgusting and diabolically ********* practice by Shell especially during a pandemic that's claimed so many South African citizens incomes making it quite an incline for most drivers to comfortably refuel without the worry of being ****** at a service station they regularly patronize!!!
