Thabo needs more training and to respect customers

Good day, <br> On the 25/03/2016 I stopped at the Ultra City Shell garage to rest and have lunch with my family. The kids requested to use the bathrooms. We found the cleaner doing her duty as she was cleaning by the door we waited for her to be done and the floor to dry. She just turned and said go use the other door we looked and did not see which door she was referring to. I asked her which door and she responded saying I said go and use the other door. Next door are for Males and there's the garage's door. I asked her again by saying sorry which door? She clicked her tongue and went in then we got inside as well. Then she started saying swearing and telling her colleague that she does not have time for people who speak English and act as they don't understand other languages. I rep**** saying to her the only English word I use was \Sorry\" and I do not speak Zulu either but I can hear her very well and I did not understand which door she is sending us to. We are not from the area at-least if she could have courtesy to tell us where was she directing us to. She started swearing I asked for her name then she said \"what for sis, if I want to complain I am welcome!\"... Please advise "
