Terrible service( Shell MELVILLE JHB)

Yesterday I came to fill up as I usually do daily,I seen petrol attendants standing around but not assisting they were instead communicating with a pedestrian I had to hoot to get attention when the petrol agent arrived he gave me attitude saying I have to pay inside for filling without a valid reason , the manner of Wich he was communicating was very disappointing I told him to get someone else to assist me he walked away without calling anyone to assist I eventually had to call a guy that was on training to assist me , I hate the treatment that I recieved as I am a client supporting the branch on a daily basis what also surprised me is that the other agents did not even advise their colleague about the bad behaviour, I cannot recall the agents name but please communicate with your staff
