Terrible service

<p>On 28/06/2016-appx 19:10pm I addressed a teller for a request to return my glass coke bottles to the store, she gave me blatant responses and ignored my request when I asked if she was going to help me then she said no. </p> <p> </p> <p>On basis that there is no policy that shows clients that they do not accept coke glass bottle returns even though it states for return for deposit in the bottle. She treated me in a very rude manner worst experience from a shell store I have ever recieved. Knowledge of the consumer act one may not arrogantly tell a client that one cannot help them.</p>
