Terrible customer service from a rude petrol attendant

I had a terrible encounter with one of Shell's petrol attendants in QwaQwa, Phuthaditjhaba with the name badge Tshweu. I went to pour petrol and he didn't close my petrol tank, as I was driving out one of his colleagues indicated to me that my petrol wasn't close and since Tshweu wasn't far from my car still I drove back and kindly asked him to close it. He was so rude and went on about how women who drive cars think they are their servants and how he won't close it because I also have hands. Please teach your staff good customer service.
