Terrible customer service

We went to the shell garage across from the braam fisher building in bloemfontein at 21:00 tonight because we had a flat tyre , we stood there waiting on service just to realise that the guy attending customers were helping others that stopped there after us , when we asked to speak to the manager, the guy(Eddie) told us the manager was inside and when I went inside, the cashier told me the manager was sick and was sleeping, we feel due to being women and the timeframe that we went to the garage the service provided should've been faster and I also feel that the service provided was ****** and ***ist because no one expects women to do anything about the situation. I just feel that no one should be treated the way that we were treated tonight and I hope to see progress on their horrible customer service in the future
