Terrible customer service.

<p>I was attended to by Tebogo for prepaid electricity for & I gave him R100 cash. There was another client beside me who he was also attending to and instead of processing my transaction he used my money to finalise the purchase of that gentleman. He then asked me for the R100 & when I told him that I had given it to him he denied it completely. Since it was late at night and my sister and I were the only women at that filling station, we did not try to defend our position in fear that they could turn on us and be violent. I just asked him to get someone to pull out the CCTV footage above us as that would prove that he took my money and used it for someone else. I think it is totally unacceptable to lose focus then assume a client hasn’t paid. Since he was trying to multi task he failed dismally and instead proved his incompetence. No one wants to be at a filling station late at night accused of non-payment. It is just unnecessary to cause so much stress on people. Since then I have never bought from them again.</p>
