Suspicious activity at one of your establishments

I bought items and I was not given a receipt. The security guy at the door gave his ok to say it was fine we can leave without the receipt. The lady punched an extra item and claimed that she could not cancel, and when she discovered that the item was in fact unavailable, she was not able to cancel the item. This seemed like a ***** transaction as she initially asked if I was paying cash or card. Please investigate this matter as the cashier was not even wearing name tag.
