Substandard first moment of truth - Service Failure

I went to Shell auto tune centre in Ladysmith to fill up. Shell has recently been added as a rewards member for Absa, so as a rewards member I gave shell a try for the first time. I have never topped up petrol at Shell before. I was assisted by Sibongiseni on 31/05/2026 at 14:50, at Pump 6. I then asked him about which Shell rewards app I should download so that I can top up more in future, he had no idea which app, he didn't seem to aware that Shell has a rewards program, there was no willingness to assist. Unfortunately I ended up topping up for R1287.65 and I believe I should have gained points had he been able to assist, What a loss. It really ruined my first moment of truth with Shell. I dont think I will patronise this brand going forward.
