Stuff with attitude

I've been tolerating the stuff from Shell Witkoppen Rd/Fourways Sandton. Stuff is so unfriendly and take there time to help you. 19/01/2024 03.06AM the lady that was helping me had such a bad attitude towards me. Computer shutdown and told me alot of grap to why she can not assist me with a very bad attitude. If the stuff don't sleep when I pass there every morning they rude and don't want to assist with what ever service you ask them. Not all are rude but you need to teach your stuff customer service,train them more how to handle objections aswell. Sad I have to go back to the same garage every day because that my way to work.

If you need pictures of the specific stuff I'm talking about I'm more then welcome to share it. It's a shame how they treat customers, when they also in a rush to go to work and still have to deal with bad attitude so early in the morning.
