Struggling to get through to V-plus for assistance

I lost my card or misplaced it and I don't know my card number in order to login to the website. I call the contact center and I hold it tells me what caller number I am and then it just cuts my call. I have been to a Shell several times and I get told the cards are finished. So please tell me what can I do in order to get a new card?
