****** My Money

Shell Noordheuwel has ****** my money. I asked for R200's petrol and my needle did not move once I had paid and turned on my car. I asked for the slip, which shows that the pump dispensed 12 litres. I then called the manager and explained the situation, and he was of no assistance. He did not even try to resolve. All he said to me was, "there is petrol". They will never see me again and I want to know how I can get my money back. They have ****** my money and made zero effort to assist me.
