****** Money!!!

Shell Garage - South Rand Road, Morningside is useless. I have been trying to get a response from a manager since last week WEDNESDAY (25 July) with no response. I went to the garage to fill up my car, at no stage did any of the staff advise me that there was a problem with the system. I asked for my tank (which is only 32 liters) to be filled. I paid and drive away, while driving away I realized that my tank had not moved at all yet the slip I was given said I had been given 12 liters (+/- R200.00). I turned around and on my return I was told the system is down and I cannot be helped. I then questioned my slip and was told to speak to a manager.

I then had to fill up at another garage which gave me a total of 27 liters. I only have a 32 liter tank so how could have been given 12 from Shell and 27 from BP ... I have tried to question this with the manager of the garage and to date have not received any response. I stop at the garage every day and am told the manager has left and will phone me tomorrow. I have waited for that "tomorrow" for almost a week!

I want you to prove to me that I actually received the 12 liters OR ELSE GIVE ME MY MONEY BAC****!
