Stanly Kekana Supervisor refusing to help me

I am very disappointed at shell garage in van Riebeeck, and very disappointed that I was dealing with the supervisor who refused to fuel me petrol just because he does not know the shell card I have or wanted to use to fuel my car. He as a supervisor goes around asking lower ranking colleges if the know of the card that i have, and to my surprise no one seems to know of this card. I have been to that service station for more than 7 times using the very same card to fuel my car, but tonight was a different story and when I ask to speak to a manager he is not available and the supervisor send please calls the manage only for him not to call back. I won this card at shell in the competition that they ran last year where you win this card for R15000.00 of fuel for a year. as i'm explaining to this supervisor (Stanly Kekana)about the card and its origins, he clearly is not prepare to assist me as he has already concluded that he does not know the card, therefore it means the card does not excite. The more I explain the more he is not willing to listen. So i'm trying to give solutions, because he is telling me what if this card decline and i'm like its fine if it declines I have a debit card then we will use that. Guess what he says to me, "no sorry I cant help you. you can tell my manager tomorrow that I refused to help you but in the mean time let us use your debit card". At that time i'm very furious and i'm like ok, but I will take this up as its not acceptable that the staff of shell does not know of its own products, what if I did not have money and only dependent on this card? in most garages they also tell me that they don't know this card but do help me. This thing of promoting people in the work place because they have been there for years really did not go well with me today cause that Stanly Kekana has no trades of being a supervisor. I'm not happy at all with the nonsense that happened today. and last point he also tells me that petrol cards in the station only work during the day, and I was like what? I have been here during the day and night to fuel my car so what you telling is not true. my numbers are ********** 889
