Staff with no interest to serve

I was at Shell Cosmo City this morning and all I sawait and experience was very bad. SHELL staff did not show any interest to serve us as customers. I was there for over 15min without being noticed by any of the attendance, when I asked for help/service the guy who can to assist after that 15min dido not care or found it that was urgent... no sense of urgency show in Him and His Name is Nxumalo. I don't think management there are in control of the service or maybe their business is situated in a block community hence bad service and bad attitude from the attendance. I expect management to come back with feedback. I am not impressed with the service.
