Staff smoking in front of store entrances

I visited Shell Jamaica Shallcross today. Your have uniforme staff members smoking at the entrance to the convenience store. When I asked the staff member an Indian male wearing glasses as to why he's smoking 🚬 at an entrance he completely ignored me. I informed the cashier that staff were smoking at the entrance and us non smokers have no other option but to walk through but to his fumes. The cashier informed me that staff of the business don't respect the businesses own signage. I told the cashier that I would complain online and he said no problem
