Staff ignores customers

Greetings. I have a complaint against the staff of Shell at 11 Benade Drive, Fichardtpark, Bloemfontein. Yesterday I went there at around 13h00 and I waited for 15 minutes and nobody helped me. I wanted to fill up my tank, but two of the staff members saw me waiting in my car and totally ignored me. I was always very impressed with this Shell branch, but after what happened yesterday, I am very disappointed. The staff clearly ignored me on purpose and my conclusion is that they are not serious about client service. Since that is the case, I will never make use of Shell's services again. Kind Regards.
