Something fishy

There are not many Shell stations around Kempton Park so when I drove past Shell Modderfontein today I stopped to fill up. The attendant told me that Shell has not delivered any V-cards yet. I was wondering if Shell is running a **** here, getting motorists to visit multiple stations to waste fuel so that they have to buy more fuel. Also I cannot enter the “V+ card” competition
